The purpose of the paper is to give an information about the impact of poverty in the developing countries. Although we live in the 21st century in which the world is connected through Globalization, poverty is still a major problem. The big differences show how bad the situation is. Developing countries are the regions which have the most sorrows and difficulties through poverty. Since a long time, there is a big difference between the develop countries and the developing countries. According to UNDP sustainability Goal 1 ones there “… might not be poverty anymore”.

4.2 The financial crises and poverty

The financial crises increase the poverty rate. For instance, that has happened in 2008, because the financial assets in 2008 have rapidly lost a high number of their nominal value. The result was that, this rapid fall led to a chain reaction in which the whole world was ultimately affected.

According to Nikoloski, “the percentage in people living in 2009 in absolute poverty has than increased to 2.5 per cent.” This can be explained that the financial crises of 2008 were involved with a economic crises. The impact of poverty came even within a rise of poverty even in Europe and Central Asia regions.
