Continuous changing life style without mental relaxation is leading to stress. Mental stress is affecting the concentration of an individual. It is a known fact that, less concentration in studies leads to negative performance of the learner. Yoga has answer for the changing stressful lifestyle. There should be balance between changing demands and mental state of an individual.
Yoga is highly recommended for people in competitive, stressful working environments. The regular practice of Yoga helps us to improve concentration, and calmness (Tessema, 2017). Yoga has been accepted in daily life throughout the world because of its sure success in stress releasing and the other health benefits. Yoga has an answer for the modern stressful life. By integrating in curriculum yoga can fill the present gaps. Yoga is an ancient science, which unites body and mind. By controlling breathe one can control over mind by releasing stress. Cool mind can have immense capacity- one of the foremost advantage is creativity. A creative mind can prove wonders.
The present generation has problems of tension due to fast life style driven by science and technology (Tessema, 2017). These days an individual is required to attend many duties at a time in a family, in a society and at a place of work and this eventually leading to stressful lifestyle. Yoga has an answer for this kind of mental problems. One can have holistic development with peaceful and calm mind. This stress can be released by relaxing the mind. This in turn results in improved performance such as creativity, memory retention, etc.
