Abstract or Introduction
The law related to business association covers different aspects such as sole traders, partnership as well as company law, whereby each of them is governed by law as well as by practice, for example, the partnership is governed by the Contract Act 1 and Company law is governed by the Company Act 2. The focus of this work is to discuss whether, in the modern business association, a partnership firm is equivalent to a private limited company. The work is divided into several parties such as the introduction, main body, and conclusion. In the introduction, the question will be introduced, and the related term will be defined therein, the main body will cover the whole discussion of the work, then we shall make a conclusion of this work. Different laws such as statutes and case law will be applied to make the work meaningful, as personal examples will be used to clarify some points.
