This study was about the role of women in crime prevention particularly to the security issue problems prevention in the case of Alamata town. This study was applied conceptual, empirical, and theoretical related literatures. This study was used mixed research approach in order to include both reliability of quantitative approach and validity of qualitative approaches. This study was also used cross sectional research design, because this study was collected the data at point of time and it was used both qualitative and quantitative instruments of data collection and the study was also applied both open and cloth ended questions. This study was also selected samples, first by applying yemane formula, and then after the appropriate number which 90 samples was selected that represent to the total population (2400) was known, the research was selected samples from the population through purposive sampling of non-probability sampling technique (80 of them for questionnaire and 10 of them for interview).This study was also used both primary and secondary data sources and it w analyzed by thematic method of analysis for qualitative data and statistical method of analysis for quantitative data. the major finding of this study was analyzed, identified and assessed the women's role in crime prevention particularly to the security issue problems prevention, then the current level of women in security issue problems prevention is neither low as previous time nor high as it expected Ruther it is medium.
