Abstract or Introduction
The goal of this paper is to give an overview of different understandings and levels of importance of Work-Life-Balance in various regional areas of the world.
Further, this paper aims to highlight the relationship between Work-Life-Balance and job performance. With these insights, some recommendations for individuals and managerial implications for supervisors will be derived at the end of this paper. Besides, this paper is a basement for following primary data collection via interviews. Employees from several countries will be asked about their Work-Life-Balance.
