This study examines the impact of teachers' teaching experience on classroom management and controls in secondary school. The researcher had the following research objectives: to assess the impact of teachers' teaching experience on classroom management on the students' achievements, to assess the impact of teachers' teaching experience on classroom management in controlling the discipline of the students, to examine the difference between beginning and experienced teachers regarding their classroom management.
The study employed a combination of both quantitative and qualitative approaches in data collection, analysis and presentation. The quantitative approach was mainly used to present statistical data. Data were obtained through the use of interviews and questionnaires.
