Entrepreneurship at Google Limited Liability Company (LLC)

1. Introduction

Google is a limited liability company in the United States that deals with products and services related to the internet. Such services are virtual adverts, software, cloud computing, search engine, and hardware. Among Apple, Facebook, as well as Amazon, Google is the best company in technology. Larry Page and Sergey Brin created the company in 1998. The founders were Ph.D. learners at Stanford University, California. The company has its headquarters in Mountain View, California. Since the creation of the company, Google has aimed at exploiting numerous entrepreneurship opportunities. The company aims to create entrepreneurship opportunities for its business strategy and its employees and customers. This has allowed it to grow in leaps and bounds to become one of the leading organizations in the world. This paper will explore how the company's vision is geared towards exploiting entrepreneurship opportunities and how this is central to the company's overall success.

Background

Vision of Google

Provision of access to global information in just one click is the vision of Google as a company. The main product for Google is the search engine. A product allows a person from all over the world to access information from everywhere in the search engine. The primary variable of the vision statement is the world's information. It is fulfilled by the maintenance of a database of results from searches. The provision of its products fulfills another variable of accessibility to all persons in the world. One-click, as the final variable, ensures that it is easy to access information. There are innovative products like easy use Google search. (Sanderson, 2009)

Mission of Google

Google has its mission as the leading organization of the information world and makes it easy to access universally. Each business has strategies and having new products is one of the defined missions of Google. Google focuses on developing exclusive algorithms so that it maximizes effectiveness in the organization of online information. Google's mission completely follows the advantages and benefits the business offers to the users. The statement has major components like usefulness, world information, organization, and accessibility in the universe. (Ott & Hagedorn, 2016). The swarming of websites fulfills the world's knowledge. Universal accessibility is fulfilled by the offer of products and services worldwide. Google offers online services available in all parts of the world, and the organization of such information makes the results useful to the Google user. The company, therefore, provides excellent and valuable services to the online user who is the major stakeholder in Google's corporate strategy (Sanderson, 2009) and therefore fulfilling the company’s entrepreneurship goals.

Goals/ Objectives

Google has quite a several goals that it hopes to keep achieving and maintaining. The main aim of Google is to offer the best answers to questions. If you need to know anything, be it facts, answers, services, products, answers, and even directions we find in Google. We know if Google gives the information we want since it has the right way of observing behavior by database from the past, which has publications, directories, and even websites. The second goal of Google is the provision of quality and well-checked results. It also relies on rankings and identifies with how we do things, interaction, sharing, and even what we never need. User behavior and user preferences are major impacts on the ways that Google achieves goals.

Another goal of Google is to do away with the poor quality of the search results. There are penalties for websites that do not follow quality guidelines and can lead to them being flagged. Google gives rewards to the sites that give essential and. Services, products, and high-quality information (Whitemore, Tonkin & Cutroni, 2013). Therefore, the main purpose of Google is the provision of quality information based on searches. It, therefore, must trust business and website before ranking it organically, therefore, make the reputation of Google a good one since it offers excellent and quality information.

2. Literature Review

Business Model of Google

Open Handset Alliance, distributors, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers are the main partners of Google. The undertakings mainly carried out at Google are research and development of new expertise and structures so that there is a significant improvement in existing ones. There are preservation and supervision of enormous IT infrastructure and products and services, and work is done on promotion, strategy, and coalitions (Ott &Hagedorn, 2016). Among the primary incomes for Google are servers, data centers, IT infrastructure, and human resources, among others, such as copyrights, certificates, and branded items. Google's purposes are aimed at the consumers in advertising, internet search, and enterprise and operation systems. This is achieved by using several channels such as the Google Affiliate websites, Adwords and google.com. It is crucial to get to the support and sales team, network members, and advertisers. This, in turn, builds the customer's relationships and gets too many customers all over. Google got its main customers as the users, providers, and advertisers. Customers organize information in useful ways by the use of the services and products. Promoters got a way of showing online and offline advertisements to customers. The providers use the AdSense service, and here we have mobile device users, developers, and makers. Google Company's initial costs are IT infrastructure, marketing costs, and people. The ad-powered engines searching brings Google the highest revenue stream at about 96% revenue (Elmers, 2013).

Advertising

Advertising is recognized as the major revenue earner for Google (Tran, 2017). This is the key aim of Google and is high generating revenue, which is over 90%. Google Analytics is a product that makes those who have websites have a record of visitors they have. This is examined by checking the click rates on a page. Ad words are another product that helps advertisers in the content network and is done payments on each click made on the website. Another website is Adsense that customers can show their adverts and earn from the clicks. (Whimore, Tonkin & Cutroni, 2013).

Search Engine

A lot of revenue for Google comes from Search engines. Services and products for the Search engine are Google books and exclusive searches. The Google books scan a book and give previews for them (Sanderson, 2009). Copyrights do not pose a challenge where offer books are in search engines. There are several things on a search like scholarly articles, blogs, news, stories, videos, and images so as to follow emerging trends. One can be able to see and search content on a website.

Strategies

The Strategy for Google is making innovations and coming up with ideas that allow the public to get free services. They also want to be of service to businesses that need advertisements.

Economic Segment

Many countries experience growth in the domestic product (GDP), which shows that there is economic growth in increased trade, businesses, and online activities and searches. The Google Company benefits from many adverts, and hence it can establish more products. Increased rates are likely to bring about an undesirable impression on the economy causes fewer loans and more savings. The business may cut down its expenditure, including advertising, therefore, bringing Google down. Inflation rates cause a ripple effect, which causes a rate of escalation in advertisements. Google, therefore, makes more profit by having high inflation rates.
