In order to solve this need, a didactic booklet is developed, with a story, that allows the student in his school stage to recognize those habits that will allow him to cultivate a healthy and physically active body, keeping them away from overweight, obesity and other pathologies and/or disorders linked to these conditions.

Excerpt from the Book

CHAPTER 1: OVERWEIGHT, WHAT!!

Paul narrates:One fine day, my sister Sara and I were playing in the living room with our video game console, enjoying a delicious arequipe cake with a good glass of milk, while my mother watched her favorite soap opera at 4 in the afternoon, on the national channel. When suddenly the phone rang - Ring, ring, ring-My mother jumps off the sofa to answer - Say, how can I help you? Ma'am, you are the mother of Pablo and Sara Martínez, she uttered a hoarse voice on the other end of the phone. Yes, of course, they are my children. Immediately, my sister and I stopped what we were doing and settled down to listen to the conversation. At that moment, a colored light came out of the phone, a small man with the shape of a scale (similar to the ones doctors use to assess our weight) appeared, dressed in a white doctor's gown.

Hello hello! Said that little man. My name is Basculin and I am a magician who travels the world teaching children to have a healthy lifestyle and from what I see these little ones are getting lazy.

Doña María Isabel: Excuse me, Mr. Basculin, and how can you help us? Because the children no longer played or ran, besides, they just want to eat sweets and more sweets, their father and I no longer know what to do.

Basculin: Don't worry, Madam, that's why I came here today, we're going to beat being overweight together...

Children: Overweight? WHAHA!
