The research's content of the survey questionnaire is anchored on the CPD guidelines issued by the DepED and IPCR. This aimed to determine the CPD engagement and its relationship to the teaching competencies of the Elementary teachers in Tulunan, North and South District. It was found out that the CPD engagement and its relationship to teaching competencies of the Elementary teachers in Tulunan, North and South District, in Level of Engagement of Teachers in CPD was excellent. Furthermore, the Level of Teaching Competencies in terms of Mastery of the subjects, delivery instructions, instructional preparations, communication skills, multimedia skills and research skills the respondents are well equipped and engaged in different teaching competencies. It is recommended that the CPD engagement and its relationship to teaching competencies of the Elementary teachers in Tulunan, North and South District should keep on touch with their resources in order to maintain their CPD for their benefits. It is recommended also that the Level of Teaching Competencies in terms of Mastery of the subjects, delivery instructions, instructional preparations, communication skills, multimedia skills and research skills should continue by the respondents in order to get more extensive result. Further study be conducted to identify some programs CPD engagement and its relationship to the teaching competencies of the Elementary teachers are not mentioned in this study.
