The study was carried out to determine the influence of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Socio-Emotional Well-being of Upper class learners in Maun Primary, North West Region. In answering research questions, a correlational research design was adopted. From a population of 160 learners, 113 learners were chosen using simple random sampling. Data was collected from the parents using a close-ended structured questionnaire. With SPSS, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Some of the results show that there an association between anxiety and Socio-Emotional well-being of upper primary students. This study recommends that students should wash their hands, put on face masks, observe social distancing as well as constantly sanitize. The government should further vaccinate people against Covid-19 and offer Covid-19 tests. The academic institutions should be equipped with digital gadgets to enable digital-e- learning as well as virtual interactions for students and their teachers as well as their peers.
