Leading cross-cultural and scattered workforce leaders necessitates focused approaches of effective communication strategies, inclusive leadership practices, and conflict resolution strategies, which are all based on a good collaborative leadership style and cultural inclusiveness (Feyes, 2018). At Microsoft, under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Satya Nadella, the company ensures that all the employees are well represented at all levels and positions so that their culture is well represented in all decision-making processes (Carucci, 2019). This has not only facilitated but also spearheaded the company to lead and manage a highly motivated workforce, which has resulted in the growth and success that the company has made over the years.

A pivotal component which is crucial in managing a diverse cultural workplace is effective communication (Rana, 2013). The leaders and managers in a company should enable inclusive and clear communication strategies that break all cultural barriers and allow everyone within the company equal access to opportunities and information. Communicating effectively in a multicultural workforce often involves various communication channels, including verbal, written, and visual communication channels, that can accommodate the diverse styles of communication that the employees have (Rana, 2013). On the other hand, the leadership of such organisations must always have an open platform where communication and feedback are encouraged.
