The Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA,) 2005 is a landscape tribute and epicene for a journey of the Republic of the South

This work aims to analyze the role of China in the state-building process of South Sudan and to highlight the importance of strategic political processes for the newly independent nation. It examines the relationship between Chinese engagement and local governance efforts, seeking to clarify how external support impacts national development, peacebuilding, and the establishment of responsive, capable state institutions.

The repeating conflict in South Sudan left many communities ultimately traumatize due to the prolonged civil war and loss of experiences in proper education to the citizen, hunger, and displacement unable children do not attend good schools, and some uncertainties implicated the in the future (Moro, L. December 2015). In this tragic situation, China embodies funding through community-organized groups and echoes to the international community by appealing the holistic healing progress to the communities. Civil society organizations are equipped to conduct social reconciliatory activities within the communities at the grassroots level by providing psychosocial support such as designing activities they think should manage social cohesion and confidence to the peacebuilding, using technical supports such as sports, dramas, capacity building, and makes some rehabilitation centers with financial support, all these drawn to engage the youths for the good of nation-building.

During the conflicts, the Civil Society Organization proposes the National Dialogue on political track such as to engage the political parties with inclusive dialogue on social track about national issues of common interest and concern. Therefore, the bottom-line on the discussion of the social approach, it’s expected to be led by the civil society organized at different levels but can be conducted in different stages. Firstly, civil society organizations should conduct a vital consultation with citizens by collecting their views on peaceful settlement of the conflict, and inter-communal dialogue at the grassroots level. Secondly, the regional peace conferences should be conducted in the three regions of the Upper Nile, Barh-el-gazal, and Equatoria. All these are done to facilitate or reopening the frank talks amongst communities from different ethnicities and help to get solutions to the issues raised in the grassroots consultations.
