Excerpt from the book
Processing the learning objectives and quintessences
Process all the learning objectives and the quintessence (to be reflected in the “Learning objectives” and “Quintessence” sections) for each unit and exercise.
These can be drawn from the self-guided course. It is neither necessary nor allowed to modify these learning objectives and quintessences in any way.
Plan to present these learning objectives and quintessences in a meditative way following each completed exercise or unit. In this way, your participants can contemplate which of the learning objectives they have already achieved and which ones they intend to work on more as you read them aloud.
