Stärken entdecken – Potenziale entfalten: Wie Positive Psychologie Motivation im digitalen Wandel stärkt.
Was macht uns im beruflichen Alltag wirklich stark?

1. Two different Test of strengths, two different results
With "Positive Psychology" a new area has been taken into account again, which sets a focus in the practice and in the research. It's about understanding and promoting factors and processes that enable people to lead a good life. According to this subfield of psychology the strengths of people can be determined by tests and there is the possibility to promote these strengths. In the following, we will discuss two tests and examine the results more closely.
Clifton StrengthsFinder (CSF)
The Clifton StrengthsFinder is an online test that helps people to identify, understand and maximize their strengths. You have to decide which one of two statements fits better and how well one fits. At the CSF you have a time limit of 20 seconds for each question, so that you do not think about a desired result, but you decide intuitively. If you pay full price of 89.00 USD ist shows you as a result your 34 character strengths in which the first ten are your strengths and all subsequent are weaknesses. Once you have successfully completed the Clifton StrengthsFinder, you will receive materials to help you better understand and you can get support of experts to develop your strengths.
