After the introduction of New Public Management the demands for higher efficiency and effectiveness are increased. The social institutions cannot meet these demands just by going through professionalism, due to the globalization and an increase in complexity and globlized social problems. These developments require specific competencies in working such as knowledge of a successful economic.For this reason, private enterprise seeks to gain familiarity in such tasks.
The outsourcing organizations are responsible for social tasks support the political asylum that can outsource the related tasks to the external organizations via a contract or agreement.
The research could achieve the results which are similar to those in Social Enterprise by using qualitative research and the determination of criteria, which is important to the regional officials in their outsourcing of asylum-related tasks to an external enterprise. It is clear that it would be beneficial to a Social Enterprise in their optimization of the strategy of an existing company. Knowing which social and economic principles are mostly needed to secure the confidence of granting NGO or NPO that would be extremely useful as well as the company’s competitiveness.
From this data, a list which provides arguments that should be used in negotiations with municipalities, and with the research's customer in the receipt of an order was generated for Social Enterprise.
This research surveyed the needs of approximately 45 potential outsourcing organizations in England, Germany, and Switzerland. It analyzed their needs, giving the contract to the organizations which fulfil the criteria and others information regarding to such contracts. This turn could be very useful as the strategic recommendations to the national and international negotiations for enterprises. The main product of this research is a list of recommendation for the implementation of the results in the form of a list:”ready-to-use.”
The submitted results and interpretations of enquiries turned into a list of strategic recommendations as action arguments are useful in the national and international negotiations.
The Social Enterprise wished to know the specific requirements and criteria that private enterprises must meet to receive such orders from end result of this research. The Social Enterprise will know which one is decisive in the selection process that clearly answered in terms of specialized and practical knowledge.

This thesis aims to identify the criteria that enterprises must fulfill to secure service contracts or performance agreements for asylum support. The study delves into the needs and expectations of potential customers, particularly regional offices, to understand what factors influence their decision-making process. It explores the complex interplay between economic and social aspects, including the ethical considerations of social work within a for-profit enterprise.Here are three key themes emerging from the text:
- **Outsourcing of Social Tasks:** The study examines the increasing trend of outsourcing asylum-related tasks to private enterprises, analyzing the motivations and decision-making processes of regional offices responsible for awarding contracts.
