a) Receipt of historical migration data

My company is entitled to issuing customers with critical instructions so as to send the ancient historical papers to the new company, say company X. following the nature of the customers documents, it is required that all the copies shall be sent via digital means or even through email and uploaded to company X. Copies should also be sent to my company in electronic formats as per the guidelines from my company.

b) Data and information transcription

Upon the provision of the required paper work by the customers, then my company is will engage in the process of transcribing every legible information from the paper, inclusive of all data forms. These transcribed data is to be incorporated in the new software in company X. a quality assurance test will be performed by my company after all the transcription is done. Accuracy is the priority in this case. All information in the new software will be kept in scanned copies as portable document format (PDF). All other supporting documents are required along the scanned documents.
