Bangladesh is a suitable place for tourists, nature lovers, researches and wildlife. Anyone can visit the beautiful and peaceful place of Bangladesh.

Every year many foreign visitors visit Bangladesh. Most of the foreign visitors come to Bangladesh for visiting the world longest and beautiful sandy sea beach- Cox’s Bazar. Now-a- days tourism in Bangladesh is almost 2% of GDP and brings almost 1.3 millions of job for unemployed persons. The current situation of Bangladesh tourism is not so good because there are many issues that affect the tourism industry.

It is very important to remove all the issues that affect Bangladesh tourism. The government has to take all the possible steps to overcome from all the issues that affect Bangladesh tourism industry. Bangladesh has the opportunities to build itself attractive to the foreign visitors.

The purpose of the research is to find all the effective promotional techniques and provides all the problems possible solution that affect Bangladesh tourism sector.

Tourism is one of the most important sectors to bring foreign currency in Bangladesh. Because of many reasons Bangladesh tourism is not doing well like other sectors that helps to bring foreign currency in Bangladesh. After review many articles and newspapers the author find out that most of the foreign currency come from textile industry, foreign exchange and other sectors. In this research report the author try to make a clear path that helps to overcome from all the issues that affects tourism sector in Bangladesh and also show the promotional techniques that helps to attracts most of the foreign visitors to choose Bangladesh as holiday destination. For make the report successful the author observes many previously published articles, newspapers, reports, documentary, journals and so on. For complete the literature review the author take telephone interview from an employee of Hotel Sea Place. In the literature review the author put all the information by the author own words that is taken from many source.

This chapter gives a summary of different methods and techniques that have been used in the report for data collection and getting the expected outcomes of the research. The report is prepared by using mixed methods by taking telephone interview and paper surveys which have been used as a source of primary data. The study is based on qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed method) for getting expected results.

Chapter Four; Results and Discussions

The chapter gives a summary of the whole process conducting data analysis and discussion after getting expected results. The report consists of qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed method). For collecting the data the author take a survey of 25 foreign people and take a telephone interview of a employee Hotel Sea Place. For the purpose of getting more reliable information the author conduct the survey.

This is the last chapter of the research study. In this chapter, there will be findings of the whole report after completing every step of the research study. The author discussed how the report is complete and possible recommendations in the chapter and concluded.

The total contribution of tourism to GDP was 4.4%, 3.8% to employment and 1.5% to investment in 2013”. But the neighbor countries India and Pakistan doing very well in tourism sector, where India’s foreign visitors rate in 2012 is around 6.58millions and Pakistan foreign visitors rate 0.96 million that is more that Bangladesh (World Data Atlas,2015).

In the research the author use mixed methods to make the research successful. The research strategies are to make the research successful by attracting foreign visitors to choose Bangladesh as holiday destination.

For any research the collected data have to be valid, if the data has not valid the research may be inaccurate. In any research study we cannot take any data that is more than ten years old. In other words, validity can be concluded to the researcher that the data is reliable and valid for the purpose of the research study.

It is very important to any research study that ethical issues have been considered. Ethical issue can be occurred any steps of the research. According to Creswell, 2009, “Ethical issues can be concerned at any step of the research study and it should be observed and reviewed”. Researchers should consider the ethical issues for prepare the research successfully.

In the question number 1 people were asked about their age. Where 40% answered that their age limit is 15-20, 44% is 26-40 and 16% is 41>.

In question number 10 respondents are asked an open ended question. 25 respondents answer that question. Most of the respondents choose Cox’s Bazar as their favorite holiday destination.

4.2 Chapter Summary;

The analysis of survey is only done to know the foreign people opinion and thoughts about tourism. The survey was conducted through the foreign visitors who visited Cox’s Bazar.

Chapter Five: Conclusion and Recommendation:

5.0 Introduction;

The chapter provides the conclusion and recommendations for moving forward with further research. In this chapter the author provides conclusion of the whole research and provide some possible recommendations that should help tourism to get large number of foreign visitors in future.

5.1 Recommendation:

After getting all sort of finding and discussed the conclusion of collected data the author recommends some possible way that should help tourism sector in future for getting foreign visitors. In the tourism sector there are many problems that affect foreign visitors to not choose Bangladesh a holiday destination. First of all the tourism sector have to solve all the issues like political issues, safety issues and other issues that affect tourism sector most. If the tourism sector able to solve the problems that affect tourism then in the foreign visitors mind we can establish a positive image of Bangladesh. There are many promotional techniques that if those techniques apply by the foreign visitors then the tourism sector can get huge benefits from those techniques. Government also has to apply some rules that help the tourism sector in future. There are many promotional techniques like online promotion, sales promotion, publishing interesting articles about our tourist’s places. If the techniques follow step by step then tourism sector can get huge benefits from those techniques. In the author opinion is that if the tourism industry follows online promotional techniques that should help tourism sector to get huge number of foreign visitors.

5.2 Conclusion:

The research conducts with a survey for know the opinion of foreign people about Bangladesh tourism. In the research work all the questions answer is given by doing a survey. Bangladesh is a developing country. For increase foreign currency in Bangladesh tourism is one of the most important sectors. So the tourism industry and government both have to do all sort of possible work that should help to make a better future for Bangladesh tourism.
