This qualitative phenomenology study focuses Yechen Central Central School teachers and students, and adjacent local communities practice values and concern deterioration through extensive review of literature. Semi-structured interviews are used to gather data from four students, four teacher, and four students’ parents. Also the data of disguised observations carried further substantiated values deterioration concerns and scenarios. In the findings sensed that inherited Bhutanese values still prevail, of few are ignorant at taking care of parents and other elderly; give less attention to relationship and brotherhood followed by family separation, too much engrossment in smart phones, national dresses worn only in occasions and office times; many disregard folk tales, riddles, simple steps and lyrics of folk songs. In conclusion recommends general public to give sincere thought to initiate common forums to discuss and revive disappearing values.

Bhutanese values deterioration causes
Generation gap, resource crunch, not respecting own culture and tradition, being lacked parents’ consistent guidance are causing values to deteriorate (RS2; RS5; RS7: RS8; RS9). Additional are rapid development in modern infrastructures and economy; escalating science and technology, television; above all social media (RS1; RS2). Natives including some monks and nuns consequently have engrossed so much with smart phones forgetting to talk to the ones sitting nearby (Observation of October 14 & December 29, 2017). Dart/khuru played only by men is now played by women (Observation of December 15, 2017). Commonly youths mimic speaking mode and dress code of others, and long for staying in the towns (RS10). Even smaller children in a household started to talk discourteously to older siblings and parents (Observation of December 29, 2017). A lot barely aware that conversing in local dialect or in national language has used numerous foreign language terms (Observation of October 22, 2017).
