This paper’s overall objective is the investigation of generic and functional meta-code structures, thesaurus development phenomenology in the ICT, e-learning, DL, intercultural competences sphere in the framework of the IRNet project integrated discourse. The objective premise is that cyberspace apparently presents a functional ontological as well as a cognitive model of Reality, the semiotic manifestation of the latter taking place concurrently and prospectively within cognition and research grasp, as opposed to non-cyber-reality, linguo-ontogenesis of which could be retrospectively constructed on mostly hypothetical principles.
The objective hypothesis of the study is that the typological characteristics of innovative ICT, e-learning, DL, intercultural competences thesaurus as a macro-object of a phenomenological investigation determine the specificity of static configuration and dynamic interaction of formal and substantive constituents of its microstructure.
The ICT, cyber-reality and e-learning, Thesaurus is an attempt to define and categorize the key components of innovative cyberterminology, instrumental to e-learning environment construction and constitution. Suggested is the ICT Thesaurus macro-, micro- and mega-structures modelling based on three groundwork principles: 1) Intranet anthroposphere (the anthropic environment within World Wide Web); 2) Outernet anthroposphere (e-reality components, functions outside the realm of World Wide Web); 3) Technocentric anthroposphere (transoriented anthropic environment components with a anthropic-for-congenous substituted onthological parameter). All units, listed and clusterised in the Thesaurus are supplied with a dominant or recessive conceptual marker or a combination of markers, indicative of the unit allegiance to the corresponding ontological categories of cyber-anthropospheric e-learning environment.

Zielsetzung und Themenschwerpunkte (Objectives and Key Themes)
The main objective of this research paper is to investigate the generic and functional meta-code structures and the development of a thesaurus in the ICT, e-learning, and intercultural competences sphere within the IRNet project. The study hypothesizes that the typological characteristics of this innovative thesaurus determine the specificity of the static configuration and dynamic interaction within its microstructure. The research uses a large sample of linguistic units related to computer-mediated reality.
- The development and structure of an ICT, e-learning, and intercultural competences thesaurus.
- The phenomenological nature of meta-language encoding processes in cyberspace.
- The relationship between cyberspace as a cognitive model of reality and its linguistic representation.
- The application of logocentric and phenomenological approaches to the study of linguistic innovation in the digital sphere.
- The macro- and micro-structural analysis of the English innovative computer logosphere.
Zusammenfassung der Kapitel (Chapter Summaries)
Introduction: This chapter introduces the concept of "Computer Being" (CB) as a complex synthesis of reality mediated by digital technology. It highlights the importance of English, particularly American and British varieties, as the primary communicative medium in the ICT, e-learning, and intercultural competence spheres. The chapter establishes the research focus on investigating generic and functional meta-code structures in thesaurus development within this context, emphasizing the ontological and cognitive model of reality presented by cyberspace.
Methodology of Research: This chapter details the research methodology, employing a logocentric approach to understand the thesaurus's development. It emphasizes the use of a phenomenological approach to investigate the manifestation of cyberspace's integrated ontology, examining its dimensions and dynamics as a linguistic and communicative structure. The chapter lays the groundwork for the analysis by outlining the theoretical frameworks and methods used to study the innovative English computer logosphere.
ICT, Cyber-Reality, E-Learning Thesaurus as a Reality Model: This chapter delves into the core of the research, exploring the characteristics of the innovative ICT, e-learning, and intercultural competences thesaurus. It defines the meaningful and formal boundaries and substantial features of the innovative English computer logosphere's microstructure. The chapter analyzes the static and dynamic qualities of the thesaurus constituents, providing an assessment of the volume, boundaries, and content of the innovative English computer logosphere's micro- and macro-dynamics. It outlines the priority guidelines, structural and content patterns, and methodological results concerning the internal and external microstructure dynamic mobility of the thesaurus.
