Police work stress has never been in greater attention. Since police work is extremely stressful as they are facing various issues. The aim of this empirical study was to examine the level of work load, work environment, nature of work and relationship with supervisor with work stress among police officers, in district Quetta Baluchistan. All the police constables were the population of the study. The mixed method approach was used. The descriptive analysis was done on 30 police officers, using simple random sampling technique by quantitative method through questionnaire. In qualitative method 7 respondents were taken as sample by using convenient sampling and thematic analysis was done. Therefore, the findings of quantitative method show that the work load is a highest stressful factor, while life threatening, social isolation, sudden work calls, promotion, salary issue were the major themes of the study. Present study recommends that the smart salary packages and value should be given to them.
