Anything natural is an irrefutable force to recon with. Nature is fluid, flexible, resilient, an adoption, adaptability balanced, resonating soundly. When we allow the management of situations in life to nature’s own course, whereas, we already inculcate a solid foundation knowledgeable fundamental prerequisites and skills irrevocably integral, and perfectly grounded, the blend then dissolute us as fluid. However, truth and best practices backup with confidence tune us such that, handling the system gets easy, “situational fluid adoption-adaptation”.
This makes the best manager in “natural-management”. This is gravity. Gravity is all about nature, resilience, tendency, and energy. Albert Einstein posited that, “gravity is actually the bending of spacetime around matter”, i.e. flexibility. In bearing this in mind while approaching management issues in systems, and organizations, you would win before internal/external spectacles/competitors.
This paper posited on five assumptions based on the life-span of an entity, and these, summed-up simply, implies gravity, a tendency that warps, and waxes capability, dexterity, intelligence, and energy towards becoming invincible-manager. Furthermore, it is worthy of note that information-processing and good communication skills is central to a successful system and management. Therefore, the paper further concisely-treated database-management, mining, and warehousing. We believe that this is a lot empowering.

Zielsetzung und Themenschwerpunkte (Objectives and Key Themes)
This paper explores the concept of "natural management" as a foundation for achieving flexibility and resilience in organizations and systems. It aims to demonstrate how understanding and applying natural principles, such as the flexibility and resilience of nature, can lead to successful management practices.
- The importance of flexibility and resilience in management
- Natural management as a scientific substrate for effective management
- The five natural assumptions of situational fluid adoption and adaptation (SFAA)
- The role of information technology and data management in achieving flexibility and resilience
- The application of natural principles to real-world management challenges
Zusammenfassung der Kapitel (Chapter Summaries)
The abstract introduces the concept of natural management, highlighting its key principles of flexibility and resilience. It argues that embracing these natural attributes can lead to effective management practices, even in challenging situations.
Chapter 2 further explores the concept of natural management, emphasizing its grounding in the flexibility, power, and energy inherent in nature. It posits that this approach can be applied to various management contexts, from planning and organizing to leading and controlling. This chapter also discusses the role of natural events and disasters in shaping natural management strategies, emphasizing the need for technology and value mechanics to mitigate their impact.
Chapter 3 delves into the concept of situational fluid adoption and adaptation (SFAA), outlining the five natural assumptions that underpin it. This chapter explores how understanding and applying SFAA can help individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
