1.0 Anything natural is an irrefutable force to recon with. Nature is fluid, flexible, resilient, an adoption adaptability balanced, resonating soundly. When we allow the management of situations in life to nature’s own course whereas, we already inculcate a solid foundation knowledgeable fundamental prerequisites and skills irrevocably integral, and perfectly grounded, the blend then dissolute us as fluid. However, truth and best practices backup with confidence tune us such that, handling the system gets easy, “situational fluid adoption-adaptation”. This makes the best manager in, “natural-management”. This is gravity, gravity is all about nature, resilience, tendency, and energy. Albert Einstein posited that, “gravity is actually the bending of spacetime around matter”, i.e. flexibility. In bearing this in mind while approaching management issues in systems, and organizations, you would win before internal/external spectacles/competitors. The paper posited on five assumptions based on the life-span of an entity, and these summed-up simply, implies gravity, a tendency that warps, and waxes capability, dexterity, intelligence, and energy towards becoming invincible-manager. Furthermore, it is worthy of note that information-processing and good communication skills is central to a successful system and management therefore, the paper further concisely-treated database-management, mining, and warehousing. We believe that, this is a lot empowering.


2.0 By natural management we mean the barest ideal fundamentality of management principles. It is seen by the writer as the underlying hypothety upon which the basic principles of management lies. It is seen as the scientific substrate on which scientific management, management science, and the general management terrain dwells. Natural management is absolutely based on flexibility and since flexibility is natural to existencia, which is nature, then flexibility is natural and hence identical to nature or bears identity to nature with power and energy, since nature is powerful full of energy. On this note, natural management could therefore be management with flexibility, power and energy. Based on this analogy, natural management could therefore be defined as the management of underlying hypothetical platform with full of flexibility power and energy on which the basic principles of management stand.

The basic principles of management are POLC- i.e. planning, organizing, leading, and controlling (directing). What is more powerful than nature? What is more flexible than nature? What is more balancing than nature? Whatever is based on natural existencia is directed to power, and flexibility, and eventually gets balanced. Just imagine, the full force in which natural phenomena are irresistible when a natural event or disaster occurs, such as of the cases of the tunamies, earthquackes, hurricanes, typhoons, fires and others. Just imagine, this forces of the natural phenomena and events are rather made to support nature instead of to destruct it as it happened in Japan, Indonesia, Haiti and others, could there be a technology that could forestall this! Yes, value-mechanics hypothesized all these phenomena as natural machines that could be studied to the highest level and when necessary, avert them to become human-life, earth, technology, and infrastructure friendly.

If there is a management that stands on flexibility it will eventually balance and will see success and will gain energy and therefore the power to move on the wheels of the organization, entity, or community concerned. Because flexibility is self balancing all the time just as water finds its own level, a spring flexes, a pivoted lever balances itself based on which side carries the more or less weight. A flexible management must find its own level which is the most levelled level (position) and this is where the power lies. To talk about flexibility management here implies that there is a lot of knowledge, skills, experience, facilities, logistics, basic tools of management, good structure of management, healthy physical environment, psychologically healthy, socially sound, dedicated (hardworking spirit, etc.), high professionalism, preparedness (well equipped), allertness (ever-ready to take action) and smartness (professionally protected in terms of dress code, safety measures, critical-thinking, intelligent actions and reactions to situations and the time for doing that, and timeliness with speed and accuracy).

Also, the right people [i.e. {“a round-peg in a round-hole“, “a square-peg in a square-hole“: that is to say, specialists and professionals in the course of organizational delivery or production leading to consequence economies of scale1 }, i.e. the right workers, employees, and customers other than {“a round-peg in a square-hole: that is to say, non-specialists and consequential diseconomies of scale2 “}], perfect improvision with limited resources, still functioning and pressing-on even amids failures, innovativeness, hitting higher heights and targets, full of research work and training (learning, studying, researching, proto-typing, and iterating). Furthermore, friendliness, problem solving, focussing (concentration), result directed, entrepreneural focused, careful in risk taking, accepting to integrating new trends and technology, does not forget to take a cue form the past experiences and events, does not relent in planning for and into the future, does not relent in taking advantages of the present short run and term.

Moreover, turns around mistakes and disadvantages into favorable fits and goals, does not fear treats (does not relent taking risks for a good course) and does the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis all the time in all situations, takes advantages of science and technology to make way in order to originate new technologies and ideas, approaches problem resolutions fluidly, gives priority to data warehousing, data mining and storage, puts information technology and systems information engineering first, excellent communication, does not limit funding viable projects, flexible and most efficient in networking, high synergy, using good benchmarks, and highly competitive.

The “Strategic Lens Model“ work at ROADMAPSTRATEGIES.COM, it was posited that, “here again the socio-cultural climate and human with technologies backed by finance is the whole engine that moves the wheel, under a whole organization to keep it on should the organizational lenses be well combined by top management. 3.0 PROBLEM: In all walks of life there are problems, and there is no single individual who can decline to say that he or she has no problems. Whenever one is confronted by a task, scheduled work or a question to answer (problem to solve, talking in general terms), a sad story-event-inevitable a challenge, temptation, a strong influence, controversies, decision to make opportunity, to manage, and issue to ponder over, etc. in life, then, he or she has a problem to manage (solve). When this happens, the whole body would be in a state of contemplation, a state of agitation. A lot of comparison, analysis and so on are made by the individual managing or group until a general conscientious is reached. Arriving at conscientious is a point which has just crossed a critical boundary of blocks. The blocks are so rigid that assumably, sometimes they can cause breakage to a medium that meets it and tries to force it away from its path of direction, or focus, and flow. Sometimes this could be imagined as a situation in life. There is need for a pause and then consider a lot of ideas at the same time under this critical condition. Considering these ideas at the critical time is equitable to thinking critically (critical thinking). Reaching the conscientious mentioned above means one is almost drawing to a conclusion but it does not mean the answer is found or the solution is arrived at. At this point there is need for one to allow for fluid approach base on the situation. Allowing for fluid approach quonnotes flexibility.

Flexibility in front of tough boarders or boundaries, mounts, or gates, or block, could be viewed as water flowing against the boarder, boundary, the mount, the gate, and blockade. The water flows through or bounces in spatter backwards and takes the shape of the containing block. Flexibility could also be viewed as a tough unbreakable but very flexible string that a hard rod is used to lash at. Under such a situation the string just flexes back and forth without failing. This is how we can view problems of live and this is how we could assume a tough stand like the “tough unbreakable but flexible string“ with our minds and heart and our body systems getting adjusted to stand even when we add critical thinking at the moment of critical analysis to reach that conscientious. Flexiblility is therefore, one of the highest levels of adoptability and adaptability to situations in order to take the heat, the rigidity, aggressiveness, and the negative power from the situation, in order to lower the adverse agile effect with which problems approach tasks with aggression. One needs time to go through the tasks and solve the problems. Flexibility could also be seen as a streamline flow of water in a really smooth manner, with the utmost harmonic order. It could also be seen as a simple harmonic motion and resonance. When there is resonance due to “sound“ influencing a glass containing water full to the brim, the water spills off the glass. Resonance can cause a glass to break, resonance causes radio frequencies to assume amplitude status. Meaning the frequency will reach its peak or extremely maximal point. This makes reception to be possible and we can tune our televisions and or radios. Our mobile phones and other similar gadgets also receive reception base on this same ideas. Resonance is a real powerful flexibility oriented phenomenon that builds up to great power.


4.0 By situational fluid adoption and adaptation, we simply mean to be flexible to situations good or bad. Flexibility is the ability to be flexible and here we mean flexibility to abstract (meditation, concention, critical thinking, imagination, dream, vision, entanglement, insight, expectation, speculations, ‘abstract from the reality, i.e. the abstract universe, and the real universe, and the future universe‘, antimatter from matter, etc., all these together in a mixed blend), spiritual (hardworking spirit, or whatever terms one may consider this...), physical, psychological, social and cultural situations. To be flexible one needs to be normal and humble, do away with excessive anger, and maybe gradual to anger if need be, calm in all things but with great speed and intellectual approach, spiritually sound and intelligent, stable and precise with many alternatives and considerations in appraoch to issues or questions, dreamer with great and many visions, and inspirational and ready to learn from all entities and personalities of different ages characters or states, must be persistent, and perseverance oriented, and finally, must be innovative even amids threats.

If we pour water or fluid into a barrel in a streamline manner, it creates a soothing and adopting and adapting musical sensation and immediately takes the shape of the inner part of the containing vessel/barrel, the fluid flows to every corner, crevices, and cracks and to every level, but if we drop a stone into a barrel it makes a disturbing or noisy sensation or note. It rigidly just remains at a particular portion inside the container/barrel it does not flow as does a fluid to any other corner inside the barrel. Stone is physically a solid, but not liquid or gas. The case of situational fluid adoption and adaptation segregate the fluid and adopts and adapts the fluid apart from the solid, and this is the essence of situational fluid adoption and adaptation in management where problems and tasks (the solid state) seems difficult, heavily gravitated, and it is therefore left for management to adopt and adapt the fluid style of appoach by segregating the fluid from the solid and then it is possible to easily deal with the situation fluidily approached. States of matter such as liquids and gases are flexible, these are fluids, and they are among the most flexible media in life. Divers dive from great heights into water but the utmost flexibility of water makes swimming this way, a great possiblity and success instead of risk and failure.

Imagine if it was a fall from a great height without landing in water but into a non-flexible media! What happens in this case is left to the reader to imagine. A fluid takes shocks, the sea is a fluid and you could see the strength and power in which the sea exists. Consider a flexible metallic string or metallic chains. The materials from which they are made is not soft, but the strings can flex about in all direction, chains do the same. Also cushions, and springs behave the same way. The materials are treated through various processes to make them flexible and tough and in the same way, management can use different processes to manage a tough/hard difficult situation through the combination of tools, ideas, and formulas. These makes management to innovate and also, to solve difficult issues that arise. Why looking at fluid physically and scientifically? It is because as we attribute and compare and contrast this state to life, life is far more and better analyze on it as a guiding frame or rail. The term “situational fluid adoption and adaptation“ is simply the term which means this life must be considered as a fluid for whatever, situation, condition, state, and status that must arise while managing movements and progressions, that are upwards and downwards, side ways and random but with one sole aim in mind with regards to adopting and adapting the idea of fluid flexibility, and this sole aim in mind leads to the word “success“. Fluids are very powerful and usually there is nothing that will completely fail if we give it a fluid approach. There might be some failures but most at times success finally crowns it.

There is need to apply fluid situations to issues. This approach could be able to prevent or lessen wars in wartorn zones. Whatever, is coupled with force, autocracy, dictatorship, no color, no karisma, no style, no curves and shapes, no changes, rigidity, stiffness, stiffneck, “be straight forward however, simply, don’t overdo things“. Over-stiffness, or over-strictness does not always solve problems. We must simply obey the laws of nature and that is it all. We must sometimes allow the laws of nature to interact with our own laws that we make in practice or vice versa. If a management becomes selfless, it will see the reason to promote advancement for its people, and the organization as a structure. In order to do this, we need to be selfless to our own selves as well by blending our own laws with the laws of natue, in order to come out with hybrid laws that will better protect us. It is only when the image of life (management) can be reflected by fluid situations like a plain mirror to the people who are managing the life that, they the people can be able to see the problem spots in the face of the life in the mirror (i.e. the fluid) and be able to accurately track and resolve exactly on how to solve these problems. Therefore, fluid is just like a mirror in this case.

Hint: In situational fluid adopted and adapted tackling of a problem in life, one basic thing should not be left out or altered, that is, the truth. If that is done (or if the fluid is altered), the light is quenched in the engine so how would the engine run? Truth is light, sun, energy, power, freedom, and key, and fluid is the engine therefore, the two must always move together. The truth is the lit-spark that comes from the spark plug to ignite the engine in order for it to complete its cycle. In the same way, natural managment (life managment) is a cycle that requires the truth to power it as of the case of the engine. Life must go through the required cycle authomatically as we apply the truth (spark) to the situational fluid adoption and adaptation of life. However, we need to tune up the life for example even as the engine picks up fire and it is running smoothly, it is still tuned and if correctly done, it immediately assumes an adopting harmonic and comfortable note. How do we observe the fine tuning of the engine? The observer looks on and listens, and if it fine tunes successfully, the observer in this case the engineer or the technician appreciates the level of tune as directed in the manual of the manufacturer of the engine. Therefore, it is one thing tunning the engine, and another thing but tunning it correctly according to the standard prescribed by the manufacturer. A finely tunned engine prolongs the engine life.

Natural management is just like the management of the engine scenario described. We need to tune the (system in natural managment) [life] as one thing and another thing but tune it correctly to suit the situation pertaining with the system. [Life]: Life is made by nature, and we could represent “nature“ as a “unique person“. How do we tune life and if so how do we tune the systems of natural management? We can tune life according to the laws of the maker of life or according to nature and its laws, and we can tune natural management according to the laws of the system made, in order to make it flexible based on the natural laws of natural management. What are the natural laws of natural managment? Most of such laws are contented of justice and truth. What has been tried and is truly working should be adopted and adapted as a law. Scientific natural laws that have been adopted and adapted and they are working, research into the system to see what suits the system better is adopted as a principle or law of the system, hard-work is needed to make the system known (publicised).

If we tune the system of natural managment correctly, the engine (the engine of skills, profesionalism, knowledge, and wisdom- the engine of life) will run smoothly and will bring out more power (innovations, discoveries, inventions, and successful results on technological advancement). The truth is the “spark“, and the situational fluid adoption and adaptation which is the procedures, or laws, or principles, or culture of the system we are managing, are the formulas we have adopted and adapted for managing the system and the psychological energy we put into it equals the “fuel (and air or oxygen)“ that runs the engine. The internet and therefore the virtual world is an example of situational fluid adoption and adaptation to natural management systems of the IT world and skills, meaning the advancement in technology due to information imbibes a lot of flexibility. If flexibility had not been one coner stone, the internet will develop but not as wide as we have it today. Flexibility means unlimitation and we can see that the internet is widening on and on and it has made the world a global village with virtuality, and instant accessibility everywhere arround the globe, where internet is accessible or telephone is receptable. The internet is now an intelligent, complex, virtually living, growing, and thinking system, problem solving system, monitoring (security) system, law and governing system. It makes our world this time, small. It made our world this time simple seemingly, but great with sophistications. This is the essence of the power of flexibility, and it is therefore the essence of the power in flexibility in natural managment. All these sophistications have come automatically, because there is a quest in humans to buy more knowledge and grow technologically.

Always software versions are changing, sophisticated software are being developed all the time to take over the old ones e.g. Microsft versions, IBM, Oracle, Ingress, etc. are changing innovately each time with further and further sophistications. In fact, the internet is universal (global). The country that has more power of the internet is already automatically controlling our world more than those that have less power in its owernership and kind of sophistication in servers being developed and adopted. The more the sofware are being developed, the more the virtual world system is getting developed wider and wider to absorb and accommodate them. The system can take infinite versions of compatible softwares being integrated into it. The greatest effects of the digital world on the real world gives enhancement of the standards of living therefore, it enhances life systems and therefore, its greatest flexibility and makes it more meaningful and more powerful in management, and putting on top of the world, efficient communication and information. There is therefore the need for the nature of situational fluid adoption and adaptation, which will spell out the fundamental base-line of the program, flexibility in natural management (resilience management). The program, flexibility in natural management is going to grow sophisticately because it deals with the needs for sophisticated techology and the virtual world - the internet.


5.0 Take a line which is flexible e.g. a string of infinite length. Assume that the string is strong enough and can not break and it is flexible and connected at both ends at points A and B, in such a way that it is an inclined line, sloping down from point A to point B. Again, assume the distance between the two points is infinite. Any wheel placed on it, assume hang balanced with such a degree of freedom without falling or tilting off the inclined line. This description is “figure a“ theoretically. Because it is an inclined plain, the force of gravity acts on any wheel placed on it (see earlier statement) and brings it rolling down the sloping (inclined) line. Now we placed a roller at point A and it rolled down towards point B, but point B is always infinite in distance from point A, so the wheel infinitely rolls. This is a hypothetically ideal situation. We look at it from the point of view of life management, life, life of an organinzation, the world, the universe. Infinity is not possible to any life on earth. Life is infinite but there must be successful results during life management (natural management), the set backs are inevitable but it must give the opportunity to learn from. We learn from our mistakes. At this point we conclude on five natural laws of the inclined plain and wheel.

Natural Assumption 1: Gravitational force is natural, Natural Assumption 2: The string is tough enough to withstand breakage, Natural Assumption 3 : The string is infinite length between points A and B. Natural Assumption 4 : The path along the string is not smooth and straight, it is rough and undulating, Natural Assumption 5 : The wheel (roller) has the highest degree of freedom of movement. This simply means that, as a number 1 requirement, the bearing joint of the roller must be perfectly smooth and free to move. The case number two is that, since the string is long and flexible, the roller moves along the inclined line, and along this inclined line is a vertically undulating swinging path which the roller follows almost sinusoidally. It is believed that anything good you do with joy, or any descipline carried out with joy brings positive results mostly. If freedom of movement along the string is perfectly endowed, then, it is worthy of note to state that it is good to love anything good being done, and it is also worthy of note to say, this gives birth to joy and joy is inner peace and trust and for the manager and for the organization, and more trust gives faith and hope, and the energy to trive on towards success.



6.0 What is the nature of SFA? It is anything that has two ends that is the beginning (starting point A) and the end point B. These are separated apart by an infinite distance or condition so much so that the two ends now appear to meet after all going through cyclic infinity and flexibility. The two ends appear to meet but not. This‘s part of figure a in words, see further description of it below


7.0 The nature of anything is simply the beginning point of something or the origin of the particular thing. Of cause, as soon as we have a beginning, we must also think about the end of the same thing because everything has a beginning and an end. The nature of anything is its originality and its source. The nature of anything must be guided by a guide-line a basic rule which means an assumption which is natural and this guideline is the base line which is the infinite distance between the two points A and B stated in the definition. Assume points A and B are connected by an imaginary flexible cord at an inclined or a warpped or bending or wavy state. However, as the whole process is to consider point A at a distance from point B, and so reaching point B from A, and therefore movement from point A to point B, it is over an infinite distance with the two points in link by an imaginary flexible string. On the other hand if B were to be receeding from A infinitely, and then assumably B appears to go through such an infinite loop to meet/touch A, and since we are now tired considering such an infinite ever imagined movement-distance, then, we now try to forget about it and therefore, we nullify it [the now distance between the seemingly “collided or touched“ objects “A and B“] as an undefined distance [i.e. “(0/∞)“ ≡ “(0, ∞)“]. As we consider such a movement between A and B to be undefined/negligible, automatically, it becomes a “togetherness of one“ or a “point of convergence“ or a “meeting point [i.e. focal point (0, ∞)]“ or “agreement“. As soon as point B comes back to meet point A a loop is generated. This could be viewed as an “imaginary figure a which was described in words above“ instead of sketches.

2. What, where, when, and who behaves like the natural law explained?


1. Whoever continues to borrow without an end and does not pay back will run into a deficit, and at a point he or she would not be able to repay it. It will be too much and negligible that the lender would/might nulify all his or her debts for the borrower to become probably free again. Now woud the borrower be arrested? If it were a country would the world bank cancel the debts? Would they kill the borrower for not paying the debt? Would the borrower be freed? A readers digest and discussion. In mathematics and geography there is this principle that says, if you move around the globe in a straight line you will come back to the same point. Also, if you observe, where there is a disagreement between two people or groups, as far as the disagreement increases, so the agreement in its latent state increases, until the imbalance tips over to widenned latent agreement, and narrowing down the points of disagreement, into a point of convergence or a focal point and in this case, nulifying the disagreement for an agreement towards peace accords. It is adviced you don’t begin a disagreement at all because the damages before repair is a holocaust! That is point B goes round a loop back to point A. E.g. in the case of two war torn countries against each other, history has shown that, it was and is possible to agree(d) to peace some day. There are different alternatives or examples. This is for the readers digest and discussion of brain storming.
2. Is it human brain and imagination? Is it infinite distance? Is it gravitational energy? Is it the energy from the sun? Or what is it? Or is it Nature? The above challenge questions are all the answers, however, the main one among them which satisfies the point is “nature“. It is only nature that can make ends meet despite all complications and despite all impossibilities. Nature (Λ) can make points A and B to meet without difficulties. Nature is like a closed loop that is so mighty in length, breadth, and depth that we can not completely understand. Just let us apply the truth to all situations of management, in all the management terrains and this is a great power to success. This is just like dealing with the natural law seen as the infinite distance between points A and B, and the roller on the inclined string (gravity: curvature of space-time), the string is very tough and flexible and elastic to resist any breaking and out of this is the situational fluid adoptation whose nature has earlier on been defined in this paper.

The nature of it which behaves as the infinite distance between points A and B has turned around into a loop. That is, the ends A and B are now at convergence. These are considered theoretically as a complex behavior of supernatural wonders of an extensible power too large beyond imagination (definition). Though hypothetically considered, this is nature. Now out of the term “situational fluid adoptation“, we have fluid and out of further definitions we have infinity, flexibility and nature. This shows that the one what behaves like the natural law is “nature“. We further explain in five assumptions below.


8.0 ASSUMPTION 1 : Considering the imagined figure a sections 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 above, because the string is inclined or warpped or bending, if we allow a roller beginning at point A, the roller will roll towards point B, since point A is at a higher height or a warpped/bending spacetime from point B therefore, the force of gravity acting on the roller causes it rolling down the distorted line. The force of gravity is natural as we all know. In natural management i.e. life management (flexibility management ≡ resilience management), it could even be the life of humans or the life of an organization, a corporate etc., that is managed by human, the point A of the imagined figure is the beginning of the life of that entity that is the time and date or day of birth or the beginning of that entity. Take the movement of the roller from point A to be the movement of the life of the entity from the time and date of birth of the entity. Therefore, at that instant the roller begins to move is similar to the instant the entity begins. As the roller distants away from point A so the entity recedes away from the point of birth i.e. the time and date of birth (meaning the entity grows in time, days, weeks, months, years, and length from the point of birth). DEDUCTION „THEORY“: Any two considerations or basics that distance away from each other also, narrows towards each other at the same time.

Now, take the distance between points A and B to be the life span of the entity by or according to the objectives and mission (destiny) of the entity. Again take the distance between point A and the roller to be the amount of time so far spent from the beginning point of the entity i.e. the age of the entity. Now the life of the entity must move naturally as if the were a driving force behind pushing it with a somewhat ease. Similarly, the roller rolls down the string between points A and B starting from A as if there were a natural force (tendency ≡ gravity) behind it pushing it. Really, there is therefore, a natural force of gravity behind it, pushing it. If we compared the life of entities to this natural phenomenon, we could see that there was a great similarity. Time is therefore like a force that moves along but does not force the level of prosperity of an entity, it moves along and it is left to the entity to catch up with it by drawing a program and adherring faithfully to it. A good program is integrated with phases and time frames along the phases of it.

A good program must make provision for time management as the first and fore-most factor to run it. Whether the entity likes it or not, right at the beginning of birth there is a force that acts on this entity to make it grow in age. A good natural managment must forge ahead to crush the time of its programs (plans) to mark time (meet) its age, and comensurate the age of the entity. Time and tide they say waits for no man, and life is parallel to time therefore, the two are sychronized together, and as time moves on it pulls its counterpart, life on. Therefore, life (the life of an entity) moves on by a force which is natural, and time is the essence of a force frame (limits) that is, day and night. Over here, the overall natural management autonomy and hence authority is nature. Things and situations should follow a natural course while being treamed if the need arise, so as to shape a trend and redirect it flexibly towards another direction to favor the needs and wants of the entity in order to achieve a goal or an objective or to curtail a situation in order to succeed. No entity wants to fail, all want to succeed. It is good that these companies or entities strategize in order to achieve almost infinity in their life spans.

It is the cost disadvantage due to increased size of an organization or the cost disadvantage on output arising to higher per unit costs
