Partha sarathi Mallik

Dr. Mallik is serving as Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Education, Fakir Chand College, West Bengal, India. He has 13 years of teaching experience . He has completed his M.A.(Education and English), M.Phil. (Education) and Ph.D.(Education). He is author of two books ( 1. Semesterisation of Higher Education: Challenges and suggestions 2. Academic Achievement of Scheduled Caste students: Psycho-social predictors) and published 20 research papers in different international and national journals. His interest area is cultural psychology, parenting behaviour and Gender studies

Dr. Susmita Bandyopadhyay is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Bengali, Fakir Chand College, West Bengal, India. She has 22 year of teaching experience. She has completed her Master Degree and Ph.D. degree in Bengali from the University of Calcutta. She is the Author of one book and she has published 6 research papers in different national and international journals.
