1975 – 1979 :
at PWC (Price Waterhouse Coopers) as revision assistant with wide insights into different enterprises and structures of enterprises as: building companies, furniture production, meat and sausage production, shipping companies, pipe trade, car trade, machine building industries, etc.

1979 - 1984: beside the second studies
- self-employed as freelancer for expert evidences about valuation of enterprises, leading inventories, leading peculation verifications for Price Waterhouse Coopers.
- teaching economics at chamber of handicrafts

1984 – 2004 employment (and later shareholder) in the production industry - a big German enterprise-group acting in the elevator branch. There:
- 2084 - 1988 as chief of calculation-department
- 1989 – 2004 member of the managing board of all companies of the group responsible for purchase controlling and production controlling

1996 until today:
Constructing and managing a continuously growing completely private business in the real estate market with rented flats

2004 until 2023:
Owner and leader of B&H (advising and supporting), a private organisation and initiative completely free of charge. An agency working in the field of social-economic consultancy - in Germany as well as in the CEE states.

2005 until 2022: Member of the managing board and shareholder of a regional travelling agency.

2005 until 2023: internships for Christian students from CEE states in the conulting office B&H

Since 2013 until today: activities in the academic entrepreneurship research with themes about the question: Where does come entrepreneurial foresight from.To this in 2023 the dissertation paper: "The personality of the entrepreneur in the light of an entrepreneurial and foresight convenient action in the entrepreneurial functions"

2013:
Honored in Berlin in personal by the German head of state (Mr. Gauck at that time) with a German state-medal for social and social-economic engagement: “Verdienstmedaille des Verdienstordens der Bundesrepublik Deutschland”
