Biography
Dr. Suryakanthi Tangirala is an Assistant Professor in the Department of M.Sc. Data Science at Loyola Academy, Old Alwal, Secunderabad, India. She has over 14 years of academic teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, along with two years of industry experience in the software sector. Her academic career includes teaching and research engagements at both Indian and international universities, including significant research experience at the University of Botswana.
She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lingaya’s University, India, and a Master of Computer Applications MCA) degree from Andhra University, India. Her research interests span Information Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Big Data Analytics, with a strong focus on applied and interdisciplinary research.
She has an established publication record, with six journal articles, ten international conference publications, and 2 book chapters to her credit. Her research contributions have appeared in several peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings.
