The purpose of this paper is to provide more insights to managers on how to improve their company's identity and image through the incorporation of different cultural settings. This may be through the employment of policies and regulations in each department that will encourage the interaction of employees from different cultural backgrounds. It will also enable the managers to understand the employee's needs and wants and assist them wherever they can. This study will provide more insights into these topics and will develop a basis i which the employer and employee can build mutual trust regardless of ethical challenges within organizational settings.
