Abstract or Introduction

The covid-19 pandemic that ravaged the world, did not only cause havoc to lives and families, but left the economics of the world dancing along to its tunes. A lot of businesses came crumbling down at the mercies of the disease while others happened to find their advantage in the chaos. Africa was not left out of this experience.

This article explores how African businesses have been affected by the pandemic; both positively and negatively. It is tailored in such a way that the understanding of the link between health and business in Africa (and worldwide) is gotten and various recommendations on how to step out of the disease-causing-economic-rubble, is unearthed.
