This paper examines the social and economic indicators of the Arab Republic of Egypt. It was established that Egypt has a rather favorable geopolitical position due to the possession of the Suez Canal - one of the most strategically important territories in the world and access to the Mediterranean and Red Seas, which makes it important for the country's international trade. The country pays a lot of attention to the development of the tourism sector, because it has a significant cultural heritage and historical traditions that date back thousands of years. It has been proven that the country is a fairly important political and economic player in the region and has great authority in maintaining and improving relations both in its own region and around the world. The state is a member of many international organizations and associations, which indicates its active involvement in international relations. The main economic and social indicators have also been analyzed, on the basis of which a general description has been given.
У даній курсовій роботі досліджено соціальні та економічні показники Арабської Республіки Єгипет. Виявлено, що Єгипет має досить вигідне геополітичне положення завдяки володінню Суецьким каналом — однією з найбільш стратегічно-важливих територій у світі та виходу до Середземного та Червоного морів, що робить його важливою для міжнародної торгівлі країною. Визначено, що країна приділяє багато уваги розвитку туристичної сфери, адже
володіє значною культурною спадщиною та історичними традиціями, які беруть свій початок тисячі років назад. Доведено, що країна є досить важливим політико-економічним гравцем регіону і має великий авторитет в підтриманні та покращенні відносин як у власному регіоні, так і в усьому світі. Держава є членом багатьох міжнародних організацій та асоціацій, що свідчить про її активну залученість у міжнародних процесах. Розглянуто та проаналізовано головні економічні та соціальні показники та надано загальну характеристику.
