Excerpt from the Book

I.II Rationale

The former British prime minister mr.David Cameroon once said: ‘’After Berlin Wall came down I visited that city and I will never forget it,the abandonet check points.’’ The sense of excitement about future. The knowledge that a good continent was coming together. Healing those wounds of our history is the central stay of European Union.

Back today, the notion of EU is one of the most political problematic back in the Balkans and its focuses with the Albanian state. EU,as being established to prevent the governors of modern welfare its been a long time aim for Albania. The evolution of EU into an economic, political and military alliance between the current 28 countries have made this small nation in the Balkan peninsula to aim to become the 29’th into the European family. But the road down to the political aisle isn’t that easy as it seem; the types of legislation that EU puts consisting into a complex rules of criteria’s by Mastrich treaty aka the treaty of European Union such stability in inflation, stability in economy and anti corruption.

And not far from the year we are in, in October of 2019,France has rejected talks on expanding the EU into the Western Balkans despite the European Commission’s call for the accession process to begin. And put its resistance to giving Albania’s bid the green light, citing a need to deep measures to tackle corruption and organized crime.
