However, that is not always the case. There are factors such as politics, company culture, personality traits, power, and influence that can impact the leadership in an organization. This report was therefore an attempt to study a company and get insights on how poor leadership qualities can inhibit the successful running of a business. The focus was on Blue Sky Aerospace Company where several poor leadership qualities were highlighted, and the recommendations put forward for a more positive working environment.
