Abstract or Introduction
The objective of this research is to ascertain and recognize the factors that make up the coordination mechanism of virtual development teams and provide a structural and interpretive model of the relationships between these factors and evaluate the influence of these factors on themselves and the performance of virtual development teams of agile software development projects was done.
Presently, the deployment of virtual development teams is regarded as an indispensable component of software production and its associated sectors, with its usage escalating daily.
