I am particularly interested in exploring how SAP is embracing the "New Work" movement and the importance of this transformation for both the company and its employees. I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how the movement is reshaping the workplace and why it is so important for companies to embrace these changes to remain competitive in today's rapidly evolving business society. I will do so by looking at SAP's approach to the "New Work" movement by using eight clusters, including flexible working arrangements like the "Pleg to Flex" concept. At the end, I hope to have gained enough information about this topic to be able to show the challenges SAP is facing while implementing the “New Work” movement.
