Not everyone has the same conditions to learn to influence themselves. Can this be related to our personality traits? For this, I examine the connection between Self-Leadership and the world famous Big-5 personality traits. This interplay also has an impact on the way people influence and lead other people.
An increasingly pressing issue is our climate change. So the question arises: „Is it possible to save our planet through self-leadership? “
