Every human being experience temporarily or permanently disability at some point in human life (Wakgari et al., 2018). Similarly, children, adults and elderly PWDs in Ethiopia estimated 17.6 % ( 15 million) from the total population in 2011 (WHO and World Bank, 2011). Particularly, PWDs in Addis Ababa account 1.3% (36,940) from the total population of 2,739,551 in 2007 (Central Statistical Agency of Ethiopia 2013).
