Background: According to the world report on disability jointly issued by World Bank and WHO are estimated 17.6% of PWDs. Promoting more inclusive society and creating employment opportunities for PWDs requires improved access to basic health service needs. WHO recognize disability as a global public health issue, a human right issue and development priority.

This study is designed to investigate association factor of PWDS SRH service utilize service in health sectors in Addis Ababa in 2023. A cross-sectional study design was used. 384 participants were selected by random sampling method in annual ceremony of FEAPD. Data were collected through structured questioner. Collected data was analyzed through Eip- info version 7. and bivariate land multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify factors associated with SRH at significance is P<0.05.
