Ziel dieser Hausarbeit ist es, die Kontrolle über das Verwaltungshandeln durch das Disziplinarverfahren aufzuzeigen. Ebenso soll die Effektivität des Disziplinarverfahrens in Verbindung mit dem Strafverfahren herausgestellt und bewertet werden. Um zu dem Ziel der Hausarbeit zu gelangen, wird zuerst eine theoretische Annährung an das Disziplinarrecht, samt Zweck des Disziplinarrechts, dem Dienstvergehen und der Pflichtverletzung, sowie den Disziplinarmaßnahmen und den Verjährungsfristen gegeben. Folgend wird das Disziplinarverfahren unterteilt zwischen dem behördlichen und gerichtlichen Disziplinarverfahren vorgestellt. Anschließend wird auf Grundlage eines fiktiven Falls dessen Verfahrensablauf gebildet und auf die Hausarbeitsziele analysiert, woraus sich anschließend das Fazit bildet. Die Hausarbeit wird auf Grundlage einer Literatur- und Dokumentenanalyse erfolgen.
