This thesis has at its core a project proposal that results as logical conclusion based on the justifications gradually building up with the following chapters. A global, national, and local perspective is combined with Systems Theory, Ecological Economics, and Hans Thiersch’s theory of life-world-orientation. This combination highlights the cross-sectoral character of the project. Together with an adequate methodology, it forms the basis for a proposal that promotes labor market inclusion of Romani girls and women. At the same time, it creates a platform of encounter between multisectoral actors, especially at the political and economic level. In the long term, the proposal also addresses the key challenges of Gender Equality and the Green Transition.
