The human, the physical as well as the consciousness cosmology are part of the totality of the universe. The Ancients have understood this principle and called it cosmos which means order. It is a hierarchical order, where the sun presides over the physical order in our solar system which in turn is hierarchically integrated in a galactic and those in turn in vaster systems. The various inner and outer cosmologies are part of the one life with its material and immaterial aspects and integrated, interdependent, hierarchical and synergistic order characterize it. This quality of order reigns between and within macro- and microcosmic planes. The continuity of them ensures the continuity of life. The biological, the physical and the consciousness cosmologies are diverse aspects of existence of life as a whole. In order to ensure the integrity of the planetary cosmology with its physical, biological and consciousness components cosmic order needs to be maintained.

Zusammenfassung der Kapitel (Chapter Summaries)
Subquantic-Supercosmic Continuum: This chapter explores the interconnectedness of the subquantic and supercosmic realms, arguing that understanding this connection is crucial for comprehending the hierarchical integration of the physical and consciousness cosmologies. It uses the analogy of the sun in our solar system to illustrate the role of a central, unifying principle in maintaining order and viability within a system. The chapter establishes the framework for understanding how this concept of hierarchical integration applies to the planetary cultural system, highlighting the need for a transcultural order to integrate the diversity of cultures.
East-West Synergy: This chapter delves into the East-West axis as a significant subsystem within the broader planetary cultural system. It likely analyzes the contrasting cultural values, philosophies, and management styles between Eastern and Western cultures. The discussion probably explores how the transcultural dimension, as a central integrating principle, can facilitate synergy and cooperation between these seemingly disparate systems, drawing parallels to the hierarchical integration observed in the physical cosmos. The chapter aims to show how understanding and leveraging the strengths of both Eastern and Western approaches can lead to more effective global management.
Conquest of and Ownership of and Leadership from the Innermost Center: This chapter focuses on the concept of leadership originating from an "innermost center," emphasizing the importance of inner transformation and self-awareness in effective transcultural management. It likely contrasts traditional leadership models with a more holistic approach grounded in personal growth and understanding of oneself in relation to the larger system. This approach emphasizes the synergy between individual development and planetary cultural integration, arguing that effective leadership arises from a deep understanding of oneself and one's connection to the whole. The chapter connects the concept of inner leadership to the broader themes of hierarchical integration and the transcultural dimension.
