Para la empresa, las encuestas de satisfacción al cliente se han convertido en una herramienta indispensable para poder evaluar el desempeño de los servicios que son ofrecidos, así como también para identificar áreas de mejora y orientar la toma de decisiones para lograr la satisfacción del cliente.

La empresa se dedica a ofrecer servicios de inspección y retrabajo, reconociendo la importancia de contar con información necesaria sobre la percepción que tienen sus clientes sobre dichos servicios ofrecidos. Sin embargo, al analizar se ha detectado una problemática que afecta la eficiencia de recolección de los datos que se obtienen de las encuestas de satisfacción ya que el tiempo de respuesta por parte de los clientes suele ser algo prolongado. Por lo cual esta situación genera retrasos en la obtención de la información necesaria, lo que genera que se limite la capacidad de reacción de la empresa ante las necesidades y expectativas que el cliente tiene.

Y es justo aquí es donde surge como tal el proyecto analizando el proceso actual de aplicación de las encuestas para después identificar cuáles son los factores que influyen en la demora de las respuestas y proponer estrategias que permitan reducir dicho tiempo. La finalidad de este proyecto es más que nada contribuir en que este proceso que se lleva a cabo dentro de la empresa sea más ágil y práctico. En general lo que se busca es generar propuestas que sirvan como base para futuras futuras mejoras dentro la empresa.
