Research Paper on Human Behavior in Organizations as a "Global Mindset Manager".
In today’s era of advanced high technology, people migration including professionals working cross borders, comparative advantage of labor workforce and organizations’ strategic move to enter into global and international markets are some of the major indicators for managers of any entities to recalibrate its skills and competence. I personally experienced this kind of necessity based on my professional career journey over the past 14 years. I worked in an organization where it has highly adapted and had a great advantage of having multicultural environment across entity due to its globalized operations and prevalent cross cultural country setting.
