Die untersuchten Länder weisen den höchsten Grad an zyklischer Volatilität der Steuereinnahmen aus und sind daher besonders interessant für die Thematik dieses Aufsatzes.
Schließlich werden noch unterschiedliche Lösungsvorschläge präsentiert.
