As this research comes to its provisional end, after an exploration of the inner-outer horizons of culture in quest for a missing link for its management in line with the requirements of our global, multicultural age in global business, geopolitics and other material and immaterial systems, we may assume that, based on a more complete representation of human nature we are approaching more comprehensive cultural solutions as well. If one succeeds in embedding the intercultural acquis in the holistic structure of man with its naturally beneficial axiomatic for the individual and society, locally, regionally and globally, the hoped for global cultural Eldorado is within human reach, whatever negativity may seem to bar the way. We have extended human cultural awareness so as to understand it within the context of life as a whole, where it reveals itself as a factor of wholistic human identity, evolution and enhanced creativity, unless it is mismanaged due to limited cultural awareness.

Research Objective and Core Themes
The primary objective of this work is to address the limitations of mainstream intercultural research by proposing a more holistic, transcultural approach that integrates both the divisive and integrative forces of human existence to improve global management effectiveness.
- The integration of neurophysiological and quantum physical analogies into cultural research.
- Overcoming the "desert of rationalism" through transcultural consciousness and inner-outer interconnectedness.

Excerpt from the Book
The State of the Intercultural Art and Science
NATO has contributed its share to the liberation of Libya. It is not yet sure, whether, from the western standpoint, that is liberation into the past or into the future, as the introduction of a form of Islamic law has also been announced. Culture and religion are important components of culture indeed and seem to be stronger than presumed attractiveness of western ideology. Exactly a fortnight ago media have been reporting about an escalating demonstration by Coptic Christians in Cairo which has caused a considerable number of victims, which has, however, been trivialized by some media by presenting it as business as usual in this part of the world. And as if I was not enough, the seismic changes of the Arab spring, which also involves Syria and other nations of the Maghreb and the Mashreg, culminates so far in a strong physical earthquake today in Turkey. The Euro crisis and the sword of Damocles of a global financial crisis are again threatening to strike and ‚Boycott Wall Street‛ movements in culturally diverse forms question the legitimacy of the global financial system. The gaps between the haves and the have-nots as well as the cultural gaps between players are seemingly widening to such an extent that the geological earth drifts apart as much as the social world. And this fragmentation and antagonizing atomization seems to have its cause in a divisive force in the human psyche which should be looked at in search of a remedy for the ongoing externalization of division with its logic of conflict. It raises the questions of integrative forces in man to counterbalance divisive forces. The spirit of division in many shapes and forms seems to prevail over the spirit of unity, from the local to the global, from the personal to a worldwide scale.
Summary of Chapters
1. The state of the intercultural art and science: On human relativity in intercultural research: This chapter examines contemporary global crises and argues for the necessity of balancing divisive and integrative human forces through a more holistic, consciousness-based approach to culture.
2. Enhancing the intercultural art and science: Sources, models and the achievement of supreme cultural intelligence: The author explores how insights from quantum physics, neurophysiology, and world religions can be translated into a transcultural framework to enhance cultural intelligence and effective management.
3. Synopsis of inter-/transcultural management instruments : Skills, formulas and techniques: This section provides practical tools, such as the Transcultural Profiler, for managing cultural complexity and fostering synergy in international organizations.
4. Inter-/transcultural reference terminology: A terminological resource for the transcultural manager with bilingual definitions and explanations: A comprehensive bilingual dictionary that defines and adapts key concepts from intercultural communication and management for a practical managerial audience.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the core focus of this publication?
The work focuses on reviewing and enhancing the current paradigm of intercultural research by introducing a more integrated, transcultural dimension that addresses both the material and psychological aspects of human existence.
What are the central thematic fields explored?
The book bridges social sciences, quantum physics, neurophysiology, and traditional spiritual philosophies to propose a new, integrated framework for understanding cultural diversity and global management.
What is the primary objective of the research?
The goal is to shift from a limited, mechanistic understanding of culture toward a "holistic" interculturalism, providing managers with the tools to navigate and integrate diverse cultural landscapes sustainably.
Which scientific methodologies are utilized?
The author uses a transdisciplinary approach, applying analogies from quantum physics (such as complementarity and the wave-particle duality) and neurophysiological principles to describe human cultural dynamics.
What topics are covered in the main section of the book?
The book covers the current state of global cultural affairs, the "missing link" in human management (transcultural consciousness), a synoptic history of intercultural research, and a detailed terminological dictionary of intercultural concepts.
Which keywords define the scope of the work?
