INTRODUCTION

The employee is an individual governed by the ethics, values and perceptions and the various other forces in the environment which impact his choice of job. The individual person is facing the social pressures from the society in form of the exposure and performance. The motivations related to the behavior of the employees shape the success of the organization. The needs of the employees are both the intrinsic and the extrinsic and decide the preferences and the goals and the aspirations of the employees. These job expectations can only be fulfilled if the organization has the right strategic policies to deal. The work culture of the organization decides the experience of the employees for the achievement of goals and objectives.

Effective stress management is concerned with:

understanding stress, its sources, causes, symptoms and results

designing the work environment and different aspects of organization

workplace practice so that the effect of stress can be minimized

creating the conditions in which specific issues can be dealt with quickly when they become apparent.

Literature review

Cooper (1997)1 summarizes stress as: ‘‘everything that deprives the person of purpose and zests that leaves him with negative feelings about himself, with anxieties, tensions, and a sense of lustiness, emptiness and futility.’’

Fontana (1989)2 draws the meaning of the word from the Latin stringere, meaning ‘‘to draw tight,’’ and from the French word destresse, meaning ‘‘to be placed under narrowness or oppression.’’

Statt (1994)3 draws attention to the physical response: ‘‘the human body is biologically programmed to react to challenges from the environment by mobilizing its resources. We can either confront the challenge and fight it or get away from it as fast as possible. The choice in other words is ‘‘fight or flight’’, which ever we deem to be more appropriate in the situation. The most common outputs are:

sexual harassment, usually of female staff by males;

threatening behavioral

physical violence towards an individual

threatening attitudes and behavior towards subordinates by seniors

involving the misuse and abuse of disciplinary

poor performance

The organization is important for the business because this is the basic force which attracts employees from all over the world. The organization is defined by its preamble in form of core vision built by the policy makers of the particular area. The vision is important to give the shape to the industry in an ethical and sustainable way. The element of the vision consists of the awareness, economy, community and the governance of the system. These elements add to the quality of the employees experience in form of the satisfaction built by the industry suppliers. The total experience is based on the values and principles derived from the culture of a particular destination. If the preamble of the organization is designed with ethics and value, it will impact the organization culture with high respect for people. This kind of work culture can reduce the stress level in the organization

The social process of the business organization is governed by the cultural interaction and these social interactions enhance the learning process of the employees. The people in the organization have to be respected for their religion and cultural values. In this total system of exchange, the ethical integrity of the system is maintained. The positive aspects have to be maintained by the building the conservation and faith in the value system of the organization the business organization philosophy should be governed by the vision of the industry. The operational development program supports the policies to sustain the industry. The socio-economic aspects govern the axis of moving the economy with benefits to the social parameters.

The service quality is measured by the convenience and the accessibility of the organization system. The organization in terms of development is essential to attract the better employee .the organization is governed by the services measures of giving the safety and security to the customers. The timeliness and accuracy of the services is essential. The people in the industry have to be trained and give better services to the customers. The customer service characteristics are measured by be being courteous, professional and being attentive to the needs of the employees. The friendly behavior is important to help the employees to solve the problem. The people have to be honest and candid to meet with the service requirements of the others. It the stress is low, it gives talented employee and the happy employees can keep the customers satisfied.

The service has to be of superior quality and the efficiency has to be high. The quality of the service is basically building the relationship capital of the organization in form of trust and faith built by the people. The quality differentiation is done by the low cost variables and the additional value added to the service. The superior quality built in terms of efficiency trust and faith, has also to be supported by the sustainable edge of being respectful to the professional ethics of the organization.

CONCLUSION

The business organization is the system of generating the profits to the society. The talented and happy employees are the assets because they enhance the customer satisfaction. The result of high productivity is the growth for the origination and society. We need invest in people and they have to train to develop the competencies to give the quality services and products for the society.

These services built the reputation and the goodwill of the organization which is translated as the brand image of a particular society. The expectations of the employees have to be met so as to reduce the stress and the negative energy. The improved understanding can enhance the quality development
