We have gone through different methods of teaching but the advantages of one method become the limitations of other method. Keeping in view this, we have prepared a new hierarchy method of teaching called" KHMRAJ HIERARCHY METHOD OF TEACHING. It includes these steps in sequence, Dalton division, preparation, lecture/presentation, buzz group, discussion, brainstorming, problem, projects, and seminar method. This hierarchy method will definitely bring some positive modification in our present system of education.

Objectives & Research Themes

The primary objective of this work is to introduce the "KHMRAJ HIERARCHY METHOD OF TEACHING," a comprehensive framework designed to integrate various teaching strategies into a sequential, learner-centered process to overcome the limitations of isolated instructional methods.

  • Harmonization of diverse teaching methods into a single hierarchical structure.
  • Enhancement of student engagement through active participation and collaboration.
  • Modernization of the pedagogical approach by combining theory with practical application.
  • Promotion of creative and critical thinking through structured project work and seminars.
  • Improvement of educational outcomes by providing teachers with a clear, systematic procedure.

Excerpt from the Book

Seminar:

The last phase of this method will be the seminar (seminar method). According to the English author Francis Bacon, “reading makes the full man, writing the exact man and conference the ready man”. The seminars will be held at the end of the course. The different problems that the individual students will take as their projects will be defended in the seminars in the form of paper readings followed by discussion regarding those problems that raised during the course lectured/presented and whether those problems have been solved or not. The audience will critically examine the paper and will discuss the content or findings of the paper in the light of the problem or project taken. This is the way through which the students will develop their wholesome personality and may be able to generate new ideas and concepts.

Summary of Chapters

Dalton division: This initial phase focuses on planning, where syllabi are divided into half-month units and library resources are organized into subject-specific rooms.

preparation: Teachers gather relevant, up-to-date material and inform students of upcoming topics to ensure that both parties are fully ready for the instructional process.

Lecture/presentation: The teacher introduces content using a variety of aids, demonstrations, and dual-language explanations to capture attention and clarify complex concepts.

Buzz-group: The class is divided into small, balanced teams to channel student energy constructively and prepare them for collaborative engagement.

Discussion: Students explore the lesson content in an open environment, comparing viewpoints and analyzing the pros and cons under the teacher's observation.

Brain-storming: This phase encourages creative idea generation, addresses criticisms from the discussion, and identifies potential problems for future projects.

Problem: Students select specific issues of educational significance that arose during the brainstorming phase to serve as the basis for their upcoming projects.

Projects: Students work on individual or group projects to solve the identified problems, with a proposed requirement for separate certification upon completion.

Seminar: The concluding phase involves defending project findings through paper readings and peer discussion to foster professional and personal development.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the core purpose of the KHMRAJ HIERARCHY METHOD OF TEACHING?

The method aims to synthesize various pedagogical approaches into one sequential system to address the limitations of using individual methods in isolation.

What are the primary thematic fields addressed in this work?

The work covers curriculum planning, active classroom participation, group dynamics, research-based project work, and the integration of traditional teaching techniques.

What is the central research objective?

The goal is to provide a structured, systematic procedure that allows teachers to move away from haphazard instruction and toward a more effective, child-centered educational environment.

Which scientific methodology is employed?

The author proposes a hierarchical instructional design, starting from initial content organization (Dalton division) and moving through interactive phases like discussion, brainstorming, and project-based seminar defense.

What is covered in the main section of the document?

The main section details the nine distinct phases of the KHMRAJ method, explaining how each step contributes to the overall goal of student learning and teacher resourcefulness.

How would you describe this method using key characteristics?

It is best characterized as a comprehensive, sequential, and learner-centered pedagogical hierarchy that emphasizes collaboration, practical application, and critical thinking.
