It starts with the definition, what is Teacher development. Further the researcher talks about, How to identify the challenges involved in teacher development. Few examples are such as time, money and support.
The second part of the paper starts with the note how to concentrate on Teaching as a teacher. Further the paper also deals about the different ways of developing an individual as teacher such attending seminars, presenting papers, writing articles and books and etc. I t also talks about how one can develop himself / herself formally and informally.
