Resumen Extracto de texto Detalles

The two fundamental diversity premises, the secular or evolutionary on the one hand and the religious or unitary on the other hand determine whether you consider as dangerous, distrust and fight what is different at the surface or whether you celebrate diversity as an enriching asset, personally as well as collectively. And depending on the two assumptions you tend to co-create a corresponding social environment, as you externalize the two fundamental positions in daily life.

Objectives & Research Themes

The work explores the fundamental nature of diversity by situating it within a cosmic and philosophical framework, arguing that human conflict arises from a fragmented perception of reality. It aims to demonstrate that by integrating the visible "diversity" of the world with the invisible "unity" of the cosmos, individuals can move from a state of competitive strife to one of synergistic, holistic peace.

  • The cosmic necessity of diversity as a natural design principle.
  • The dichotomy between secular (competitive) and religious (unitary) assumptions about life.
  • The concept of "Diversity Intelligence" as a tool for modern global management.
  • The shift from cultural diversity to a perception of "oneness" and interdependence.

Excerpt from the Book

The Cosmic Dimension of Diversity Management

Understanding the cosmic roots of man, expanding the vision macroscopically, helps us to understand the microscopic culture slots by establishing the connection between the macro-programme and the culture programmes via the culture slots. It helps us to understand and transcend cultural programmes, even civilisations past, present and future.

We have to start by understanding the rationale of diversity. Diversity is a necessity, simply a design principle of nature. Homogeneousness rather is a pre-creation, pre-cosmic, pre-big bang state of indifferentiation, of chaos. The time-space construct, which underlies our universe implies diversification for the purpose of materialisation, whereas pre-materialization and dematerialization stages both transcend "space-time" as well as diversity and are a return to unity: with the Creator, the entity that designed for some reason of dialectical growth the diversity principle, best suited for synergy in evolution, or with all consciousness of which different stages of materialization are only different degrees of condensation of this

Summary of Chapters

1. The Cosmic Dimension of Diversity Management: This chapter establishes diversity as an essential design principle of nature, arguing that it is a necessary component of the cosmic continuum that should be understood rather than resisted.

2. The Age of Diversity: Chance and Challenge. Its Implication for Human Society: This section examines how societal conflict stems from a dualistic mindset and proposes that integrating secular and religious views of life can foster peaceful coexistence.

3. The Relativity of Diversity: This chapter suggests that cultural diversity is essentially a result of limited human perception, advocating for a holistic "quantum" perspective to bridge the gap between individual and collective identity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the core argument of this work?

The author argues that diversity is not a problem to be solved but a natural, cosmic necessity. Human conflict arises because we perceive the world through fragmented lenses rather than recognizing the underlying "Oneness" of creation.

Which central themes are discussed?

Key themes include the synergy between unity and diversity, the critique of competitive social models, the role of consciousness in human development, and the need for a "diversity philosophy" in our globalized era.

What is the primary goal of the inquiry?

The goal is to provide a cognitive foundation that allows individuals to transition from a mindset of competition and "zero-sum" thinking to a state of synergistic peace by reconciling different levels of reality.

What scientific or philosophical methods are employed?

The author uses a transdisciplinary approach, blending elements of quantum physics, ancient wisdom (Sanskrit, Daoism), and theology to build a framework for "Diversity Intelligence."

What topics are covered in the main section?

The main sections move from the macro-perspective of cosmic evolution to the social implications of diversity, finally focusing on the individual’s role in managing their perception of cultural reality.

Which keywords characterize this book?

The most important terms include Cosmic Dimension, Oneness, Synergy, Diversity Intelligence, and the Perceptual Relativity of culture.

How does the author define "culture slots"?

Culture slots are described as restrictive categories into which people are placed by society; the author suggests we should transcend these to reach higher levels of awareness.

What is the "Age of Diversity"?

It is defined as a unique historical opportunity for humanity to move past "peaceless" competition and usher in an era of unity by understanding the interdependence of all life forms.
