It is based on a survey and interviews in Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, and France. The project was supported with a scholarship granted by Schwarzkopf Stiftung and Deutsche Bahn.
