The study revealed that respondents above 50 years of age were limited to certain activities such as climbing stairs or moving an object due to their current health status. The study also revealed that there was no significant difference in perception of overall health status and in perception of meaningful life within respondents of age group below 50 and above 50 years of age but there was significant difference in perceived stress life between both age groups. The study also revealed that perception of overall health status, perception of meaningful life and stress life is moderate among respondents.

The implication to policy maker is as there are many health benefit of exercise so IT companies can take daily session s for their employees which can reduce absenteeism. Employees will be more productive if daily sessions are given to them. As older age group people above 50 years of age had experience limitations in performing certain daily activities such as climbing stairs etc., so hospitals can create awareness for people above 40 years of age to go for regular health checkup as to be healthy which will benefit the society as well.
