The Adventist education has the vision of giving Christ centered education through developing physical, mental and spiritual aspects. All SDA church employees’ children had privileges to afford such education because of education assistance granted to them.
After doing long literature review on factors that may affect physical, mental and spiritual growth among young people, the researcher realized that missing the means to afford Christian education and education at all hinders significantly those aspects of life. Therefore, this made him conduct the research using both qualitative and quantitative methods in collecting data about the impact the decision of ECRF since 2012 of limiting the education assistance to four children has on education of other children among the family of church employee. He distributed questionnaires among 27 employees and interviewed 3 officers and 6 children that affected by that policy before they accomplish A level.
The statistical result proves the considerable impact of limiting the education assistance to four children, on education of other children. The lack of interest to the church, gaining deviated education and drop out of schools are likely definition of the impact. Therefore, it seems that the parents and the SDA church should put in consideration the education of those children as well to prepare more future members and leaders for the church. Besides this, possibly those parents whose children are out of eligible conditions should find other way to advance their children’s Christian education even though the SDA church education assistance might be inadequate or missing.
The objective of this thesis was not only to fulfill the academic requirements but also to reveal problems that children above four in church employees may face.

Objectives and Topics
This study investigates the impact of the East Central Rwanda Field (ECRF) policy of limiting education assistance to only four children per church employee. The research seeks to determine whether this policy influences school dropout rates, deviation from Christian education, and the level of interest children have in the church.
- Evaluation of the financial burden on church employees regarding tuition fees.
- Analysis of school dropout risks for children exceeding the four-child threshold.
- Assessment of the correlation between limited education assistance and interest in SDA church doctrines.
- Development of strategies to help parents maintain children's access to Christian education.
- Provision of recommendations for ECRF policy refinements to support gospel work and employee welfare.
Excerpt from the Book
Statement of the problem
Apart from financial issues that may hinder education of children, the fact that makes child fall out of eligible conditions for gaining education, brings some self-centered problems such as complexes, superstition, significance deficiency of memory and psychological greed. Education is a fundamental human right as a catalyst for economic growth and human development (Okidi, 2004). Researches prove that above-mentioned factors are root cause of failure in education that result low education compliance.
The SDA church employee’s children above four in family are the case of study. The lack of interest to the church cause of missing ordinal church support, gaining deviated education and dropping out of schools are major targets of this thesis of research to measure and exposure as depending on the limiting education assistance to four children. An American writer stated that as a stream always partakes of the property of the soil through which it runs, so the principles and habits of youth invariably become tinctured with the character of the company in which they mingle (White, 1977).
Many inspired writers recommended Christian education especially Adventist education to children in school age so that they rise up in harmony with the church. We are not all organized alike, and many have not been educated aright. Their education has been deficient. Some have had a quick temper transmitted to them, and their education in childhood has not taught them self-control. With this fiery temper, envy and jealousy are frequently united. Others are faulty in other respects. Some are dishonest in deal, overreaching in trade. Others are arbitrary in their families, loving to rule. Their lives are far from being correct. Their education was all wrong. Others, whose education has not been so faulty, who have had better training, have developed a much less objectionable character. The Christian life of all is very much affected for good or for evil by their previous education. (White, 1893)
