Persuasive Essay arguing against the introduction of tuition fees in Germany, using different rhetorical techniques. This essay does not only say "No", it also shows a feasible alternative to help the universities out of their financial deficit. This essay also points out that with the same arguments put forward in favour for tuition fees, other democratic rights, such as the right to vote, could be limited to only those people who are able to pay for them.
