India experiences big difficulties with its high degrees of joblessness among the youth particularly college graduates as a result of the absence of work experience, decreased capabilities base, as well as higher education. The main problem handled in our financial scenario is the rate, the price is high in India contrasted to all different other nations, most of the grads are currently out of work otherwise working in a company which not attached to their core. The emphasis of the research hops on just how the mindset differs from a single person to an added on the appeal of entrepreneurship as work as well as to study the partnership between the business point of view along with the business opportunities-entrepreneurial atmosphere. The researcher applied descriptive research design and the population of the study is engineering college students studying in engineering colleges affiliated to Anna University. List of colleges offering Engineering Programme in Coimbatore district affiliated to Anna University was obtained from the Anna University website. The sample design adopted for the study is systematic random sampling with a total sample size of 400.The findings of the study reveals that factors towards entrepreneurship significantly influence the overall parental factors attitudes towards entrepreneurship
